Hello, my name is Melanie and I have been doing the overnight shift with your dogs for the past 2 years here. You won’t see me during the day at drop off or pick up times, but your dogs may see me when I tuck them into their cabins and give them one last cuddle for the night. As I have worked within the dog industry for close to 30 years now, I think it is safe to say that I really do love dogs. I grew up in Maple Ridge BC, and moved to Kamloops in 1998. I now have very busy family of 4, and as my kids are both in competitive sports I tend to spend a lot of time in the car travelling with them …… and if we are lucky enough to have a weekend home, one of my most favorite past times is walking and hiking our dog Frankie, exploring all the awesome trails that Kamloops has to offer. She is a 2-year-old boxer who is so true to her breed with all of her silliness and has an abundant amount of energy that gets us out and moving whether we are up for it, or not!!
